Established in 1996, this unit is involved in the manufacture and distribution of different varieties of Bread. It is located in Trichur. The plant has a capacity of around 70,000 standard 400 gm loaves of bread per day. The latest Chorleywood bread-making process (CBP) is employed in this plant and is located in a 30,000 Sq.ft. built up area in a plot of 2.5 acres. The complete process is untouched by hands and is hygienic. The plant machinery include APV make Tweedy 6600 Mixer with vacuum and dough consistency controller, Accurist divider, APV make-up plant, Spooner prover and oven, Klimatank cooler, Foremost slicer and packing machines, Thurne tyer and metal detectors. Accessories like storage silos, basket washing machines etc. are also available. A special feature of this plant is the product flexibility it offers. During festival seasons this unit produces Bread varieties, Sponge Cakes, Plum Cakes, Bar Cakes etc. This factory is catering to the northern markets of Kerala mainly. |
